“Experienced the absolute greatest hospitality anywhere in this country in 20 yrs ive been here. We came here invited by a Polish family to their annual camp out and we can’t wait to be back! Everyone was amazing from the start, delicious food and boost amazing music and in the morning top the cake with the best cooked to order breakfast this chef could have ever hoped for. Im amazed by their hospitality and care for everyone who participated. My daughter had a blast.“

I knew right away that I HAD to use Patrick / GD Catering as the caterer for our wedding. His menu was not only sounded amazing, but it tasted just as mouth-watering as it sounded. He also made my cake. It looked even better than what my vision was. He has such passion for what he does, and it really shows. Not to mention, he became a friend through our time of wedding planning.

“Catering CC did exactly as we dreamed! From the very first phone call to Chef Winston, he was kind, enthusiastic, and reassuring. He and his staff came on time and made the cocktail hour magical, thanks to his amazing skills. The charcuterie board was a work of art, and the small bites served up by his staff were Michelin star. I have to add also that both Chef Winston and each and every one of his staff were so personable, gracious, and giving. They gave us confidence and gave all who gathered a good time. “I kept seeing posts about this place and knew I had to give it a try! We stopped by after church on Sunday, and I have to say—it was absolutely amazing.
From the moment we walked up to their stand, we were met with excellent customer service. Since most of the staff spoke Spanish and the menu was primarily in Spanish, one of the employees kindly came over to help us navigate the menu and place our order. Her patience and willingness to assist made us feel so welcome and was incredibly thoughtful.
Great service can make all the difference, and they definitely delivered. The churros were delicious, and the overall experience was just as sweet. We’ll definitely be back!“

We had two days to prepare a party for my brother in law, he is from Spain and we want to create Spanish atmosphere, so we call Paellas de king , Luis was so profesional, perfect on time . Having him coking the paella right at home elevate my party to a higher label . My brother in law said that the paella was an authentic paella marinera like he use t eat in Spain.

With less than a month to plan and execute this event and with only 2 weeks given to them they problem solved for a lot of disconnected parts of our catering experience on the fly, some of which weren’t even their teams responsibility. If you aren’t working with Tim Edward’s and you’re throwing a massive party on the island you’re missing out. Also huge shout out for the filet crostini, still dreaming about it two weeks later 🤤🥰“

“Attended a beautiful wedding reception there. The dance floor and sitting area were separate. Little nooks for a perfect bar and nice entrance. Parking is a bit snug, so be prepared to use the valet. Don’t forget cash to tip! Restrooms were big and cozy for a quick rest. There’s a lovely little outside garden to catch your breath.“
