We regret having to write this review, but after more than five months of unanswered calls, texts, and attempts to resolve an outstanding balance of approximately $2,800, we have received no communication whatsoever from Chef Patrick regarding payment.
As a small business ourselves, we believe communication and honoring financial obligations are extremely important. We made every effort to handle this privately and professionally before posting publicly.

Be very careful working with Chef Patrick. He talks a big game and then doesn't pay his invoices.

I knew right away that I HAD to use Patrick / GD Catering as the caterer for our wedding. His menu was not only sounded amazing, but it tasted just as mouth-watering as it sounded. He also made my cake. It looked even better than what my vision was. He has such passion for what he does, and it really shows. Not to mention, he became a friend through our time of wedding planning.
