“All I can say is WOW. My team and I recently had the pleasure of working with Corks and Forks for our recent property opening. Mel and her entire team knocked it out of the park, on every level: professionalism, preparation, execution, accommodation, kindness, patience, attentiveness, services, and quality all around—from the cuisine, to the bar, to the flowers, valet, and DJ—top notch in every sense. Looking forward to the next chance to work with them!“

“I kept seeing posts about this place and knew I had to give it a try! We stopped by after church on Sunday, and I have to say—it was absolutely amazing.
From the moment we walked up to their stand, we were met with excellent customer service. Since most of the staff spoke Spanish and the menu was primarily in Spanish, one of the employees kindly came over to help us navigate the menu and place our order. Her patience and willingness to assist made us feel so welcome and was incredibly thoughtful.
Great service can make all the difference, and they definitely delivered. The churros were delicious, and the overall experience was just as sweet. We’ll definitely be back!“

From the very first bite to the last, everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food, and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and warm presence made the experience even more special. You didn’t just provide catering—you helped create memories that we’ll cherish forever. We truly appreciate the care and effort you put into making our celebration unforgettable. Thank you again for sharing your talent with us on such an important day. We feel so lucky to have had you as part of our wedding. With gratitude, Julissa & Nicolas.“

“We. Had a wonderful experience!
We had two days to prepare a party for my brother in law, he is from Spain and we want to create Spanish atmosphere, so we call Paellas de king , Luis was so profesional, perfect on time . Having him coking the paella right at home elevate my party to a higher label . My brother in law said that the paella was an authentic paella marinera like he use t eat in Spain.
Thank you Luis to make my party a success!
If you want a paella party , Paellas de King is the very best!
