My cousin booked Chef to cater for my father's 70th birthday. As a proud Spaniard from a region where seafood is king, my father was infatuated with Chef's seafood paella. It helped to make the experience a very magical night for him, and indeed for all of us in attendance. I would recommend this catering service a thousand times over!
Paellas The King arrived on time and catered a party of 20 people. The seafood was fresh and abundant. Many people were able to have 2nd and 3rd servings. Luis was very professional and personable. The aroma was captivating and the seafood was cooked perfectly. The rice was well seasoned and plentiful. Price was a bargain. We had a traditional seafood paella minus the lobster. Delicious!!

We had two days to prepare a party for my brother in law, he is from Spain and we want to create Spanish atmosphere, so we call Paellas de king , Luis was so profesional, perfect on time . Having him coking the paella right at home elevate my party to a higher label . My brother in law said that the paella was an authentic paella marinera like he use t eat in Spain.
