“Stopped by this taco truck on the side of the road while heading to Orlando, absolutely starving — and wow, what a find. I was greeted quickly and kindly, and the service was super efficient. I got the al pastor burrito and it was fantastic. You could taste every ingredient clearly — nothing was lost in the mix. Their sauce has a real kick, but even for someone who can’t usually handle spice, it was delicious. I’m writing this as I polish off the last bite, fully ready for a Sunday afternoon food coma.
