“We used Banquet Masters for off-site catering at our September 2024 wedding with around 100 guests, and we were impressed! Their pricing was better than anywhere else we researched, and the food quality exceeded our expectations.

We chose the Grand Buffet option, which included FOUR passed hors d'oeuvres, a cheese and cracker grazing table, full salad bar, dinner rolls, FOUR buffet entrees, and a side dish, all at a fantastic price per person. Their menu has a lot of variety, so we were easily able to accommodate different dietary needs. We ended up having a vegetarian, seafood, chicken, and pork entrée option, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was (and no one left hungry!)

One of the biggest bonuses was that, even with off-site service, Banquet Masters provided all the linens, silverware, and plates. Steve was also great to work with, easygoing, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process.

“AMAZING!! Chef Jorge cooked the most wonderful meal for our family last night in celebration of my mother’s birthday. He bought everything fresh the day of, and served us a 7 course dinner. Everything tasted delicious and was exactly to our specifications. It was so nice having the relaxing environment of our home rather than going to a steakhouse. I have small kids so it was wonderful when they got bored to just send them to another room to watch a movie rather than an embarrassing melt down at Ruth Chris etc. also, nice to be able to serve our own wine and not pay inflated restaurant prices! “Truly a Magical Experience at Empress Tea Room!

I recently hosted my sister’s baby shower at the Empress Tea Room, and I cannot say enough about how absolutely perfect the entire experience was. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, elegance, and an atmosphere that felt straight out of a storybook.

The venue itself is charming and beautifully decorated every detail, from the vintage tea sets to the floral arrangements, was picture-perfect. It created the most serene and sophisticated backdrop for our special celebration.

The staff and owner Kim went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. They were kind, attentive, and so accommodating with all of our needs. Planning a big event can be stressful, but Kim and her team made it feel effortless and fun.

And the tea service? Divine. The food was delicious from the fresh scones and finger sandwiches to the decadent desserts everything was flavorful, beautifully presented, and plentiful. The tea selection was impressive and everyone loved it!

Our guests are still raving about the day, and most importantly, my sister was absolutely glowing. She felt so celebrated, loved, and pampered. Exactly what we had hoped for 🩷
