There are so many details that go into a wedding and the food is the most important, who you hire to manage this is the most important decision you will make in my opinion. My wedding would not have been the same without their care, patience, work ethic, and quality. I loved the Paella, Mojo pork, green beans, and baked ziti, and one of my guests said it was the best food they've had at a wedding. My wedding was incredible because of all their hard work!“

“AMAZING!! Chef Jorge cooked the most wonderful meal for our family last night in celebration of my mother’s birthday. He bought everything fresh the day of, and served us a 7 course dinner. Everything tasted delicious and was exactly to our specifications. It was so nice having the relaxing environment of our home rather than going to a steakhouse. I have small kids so it was wonderful when they got bored to just send them to another room to watch a movie rather than an embarrassing melt down at Ruth Chris etc. also, nice to be able to serve our own wine and not pay inflated restaurant prices! “Exec Chef did not disappoint! We had a small wedding group on the books and had a last minute change two days before our scheduled catering which forced us to change dates due to inclement weather. (Our wedding was scheduled to take place outside). I was a complete mess and very stressed but Pat and Melody were quick to respond with a solution that alleviated our dilemma. Even though they were extremely busy they agreed to switch days last minute. And the food.. when I tell you this food was not your run of the mill, fly by night, I mean it. It was prepared with attention to detail. This wasn’t just cheap barbecue everyone serves at their wedding to save time and money. This food was literally 5 stars, we were blown away! It was high end and the customer service was excellent. You won’t regret doing business with Exec Chef. The only downfall is we live states away and cannot enjoy their food on a weekly basis.
