“What an incredible group of employees Kahwa has! May is a great example. The service in itself is enough of a reason to give it a try. They will make your drink exactly the way you want it and even have you taste it before leaving. May has perfected my chai latte and shared the recipe with the other employees. They even know my name. 🙂“

“It's Starbucks, is it the best coffee ever? No However this location is special. It special because of the staff. If you're a regular here you know. I'm not what the media would normally portray as the typical Starbucks customer but the thing that keeps bringing me back to this location time and time again is the staff. I will literally pass other coffee shops, other Starbucks locations included to stop here. I've never been someone that anyone has cared to know much about. Generally no one cares or has cared about things I like or taken the time to know me. However, here at this location I feel like I matter. They know me. They know my drink. They ask about my dogs. They remember my name and they talk to me not at me. There are people who work at this store that know more about me than 99% of the members of my family. I spend way more money here than I should, simply because of the relationship I have with these wonderful people.“

“All the employees are wonderful! I am in often and everyone has provided great service ! Arianna was friendly, fast, and efficient! Definitely management material!Isaiah and Daryl’s customer service is second to none. “The girl with the purple-redish hair and glasses is by far the best Dunkin employe I have ever seen! She took are order and made great conversation with me and my friend and made our orders in a timely manner and they were absolutely delicious. She gave us ABSOLUTELY AMAZING coustmor service definitely will come back for her. Although whoever she was working with on 11/8 gave us a rude blank stare and had her hands in her pants(gross) lucky she was not the one making our drinks when we came in other then her service was great. 10/10 experience single handlely delivered by the purple-redish hair girl with glasses.“
