“I live nearby and finally stopped in to check out Lifestyle Catering, and I’m so glad I did! The chicken vaca frita was delicious, and the turkey meatballs were just as good. Portions are generous, and I really appreciate that the containers list the ingredients and calories. I tried the sweet potatoes and baked sweet plantains on the side, and both were amazing. The place is spotless, and I enjoyed meeting the owner. This will definitely be my go-to spot for healthy meals!“

“Pura Vida is one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots because the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. I just graduated from UM and during my time as a student I loved meeting my friends at this location in the middle of campus! The servers are friendly and service is usually pretty quick. The space is a little smaller than their other locations, so I will say the tables fill up pretty quickly during the week, but it's still a super cute atmosphere to do work/catch up with friends at. Also prices aren't cheap, but the quality of the drinks/food is very good. The menu is smaller at this location too, but still has all the essentials. Definitely recommend this location if you're a UM student/faculty member, or just someone who wants to see campus while getting some PV :)“

“My husband and I were in the mood for acai. We found this place very close to our house. Christian attended to us when we arrive. He recommended the Ultimate acai which was AMAZING. My husband got the ya tu sabes bowl. The acai here is creamy and delicious . You can tell it isn't mixed with additives. Toppings were fresh even at 830pm. We were happy we went there for a healthy light dinner. They have many other healthy options including protein packed flatbreads. We will be going back to try those out. “I took a gamble ordering from a place I never heard of in Miami on Grubhub called Quinoa Connection, and it paid off BIG TIME! 1st of all, I never use Grubhub, but now as an Amazon prime member, I get free delivery. 2nd reason why I don’t order from Grubhub is that I am always so suspect that these restaurants I never heard of are ghosts kitchens making vegan food, who might not care about vegans, and I was wrong to assume that about Quinoa Connection. Not only do they have a location at 134 Hialeah Drive in Hilaleah (which I intend to visit soon), the owner, Donald, called and texted to verify my order, my allergies and to confirm my satisfaction as well, (plus he gave me a little extra treat too). I order the “Pecandillo” which is essentially a Picadillo made with pecans instead of meat, tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic, olives, raisins, and spices, served on top of quinoa and I added black beans for an extra charge. The portion was very satisfying and the taste and flavors were incredible. As a surprise for a dessert, I was given an house made dessert empanada aka The Nada Empanada tm Key Lime, A Frozen Date, Almond, Orange Zest Pocket, filled with Key Lime Pie filling: lime juice, avocado, raw organic agave, coconut cream, vanilla, sea salt, and it was out of the world delicious! Literally the best variation of an ice cream sandwich I have ever had. 10 of out 10 for me on this one! The price was right, the portions were perfect, the owner was courteous and super kind, and the food was delicious and nutritious!“

I can wait 15m for a cappuccino even with the restaurant almost completely empty, I come back and ask and my order seems lost. Another thing, nobody clean the tables when clients leave.
