“Chicken sandwich: great (no heat) breading flavor and crispiness, good sized moist chicken breast, nice brioche bun, good slaw and homemade pickles were different but hard to describe with only 4 slices to go on. Chicken wings and waffle: great ("hot" heat) breading flavor and crispiness. I like hot, but not the hottest level at most places usually and this was mild enough that I will step it up next time. The wings were on the medium size at best. At first the waffle seemed it was going to be lame since it was hard to cut as it would stretch like an already syrup coated waffle that was reheated in the microwave. But it surprised us with a fried dough flavor and texture that was different, but really enjoyable. Mac was average, will try other sides in the future.“

“Super Food. My first time was Wednesday, May 30, 2007. Truly super service. From my great friend from Cuba and his wife. I wish they would open a location here in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Hopefully it will be great and there will be a chicken kitchen outside of Florida, here in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania everyone is looking forward to no 1, hopefully 12 chicken kitchen restaurants. Every person goes to Miami, it is the first thing I recommend and they go and stay happy to eat and return to Miami for Chicken Kitchen. I remember there was a super manager from Bolivia. We had the Jones n’ Hot Chicken sandwich which was so full of flavor with a kick of just right amount of spice; the jalapeño fries were the bomb and last but definitely not least the sweet potato biscuit is to die for! So Chipotle seasons and marinates everything with processed chemicals.Chiken kitchen doesnt do this and still has the same great original taste, sauces, and bowls as when they first opened.They used to be in the plaza where wendy’s is next door on Jose Conseco drive.
