“Standard Chinese-American fare. It really hit the spot. Service was incredible, he really went above and beyond to take care of us. Brought our food to the table and insisted on setting our food out for us instead of handing us the bag. Then he brought us waters that we didn't even ask for because we didn't order a drink. It really shows that they care a lot about service. Would absolutely come back.“

“Ordered here because I seen the rice was brown and not yellow which is very rare for us new yorkers to find. I never ordered fried chicken at a chiense place and got the wings cut up like this which is pretty neat. I ordered bean sprouts to be added to the rice but they forgot to add them so 4 stars. Also something tasted different with the rice I couldn't really figure it out I usually get my chinese food from new china city but I was craving it and it's moday and china city is closed on Monday but I like them a little better.“

“it's true that there are limited options for decent Chinese food in this area. We have tried several throughout Volusia County and have not been terribly pleased.
I'm happy to say that Topps China Has provided us with the best menu options and food quality that we have encountered in a very long time. We have been there about four times now, And love their barbecued bone in spare ribs, I love their broccoli with garlic sauce, although I do think it needs a little bit more spice. Seriously the best I've had in Florida in 20 years. The fried and steamed dumplings are a mixed bag, normally I enjoy dumplings but this is the one menu item that I'm not a fan of.
The restaurant area has a few very clean, nice tables, Nothing fancy or formal, Perfect if you just want to have a quick bite and eat there.
They do not offer delivery, But you can call ahead to place your order for pick up.
The kitchen appears to be reasonably clean from what I could see, But as with any restaurant there are no guarantees.
The staff is pleasant but focused on doing their job. I have no complaints, And we plan on continuing to do business with them.“

“This is an excellent establishment and although I didn’t give the food five stars, it was not because the food was bad. It was just because it was a little bit bland for my liking. However, that is not a reflection of the quality of food that we received. Trust me its way better since it has to be made fresh ordered. Now that I moved I truly miss this place. “Great experience. Got back from Tampa and decided to order takeout from here seeing as it’s my grandparents go to place. Everything was fresh and hot even once getting it home after 20 minutes. It was all so good and the front counter lady was so nice and put our food together in a little box. 11/10- will be back.“

“I’ve been going here 15 years, the owners here are like family to us, they are the most SWEETEST people you’d find. I’ve had watched the girls grow up ever since they were five and we’ve never had a problem ordering from them. Today I had ordered chicken wings with shrimp fried rice. The chicken was fresh and crispy, not too dry or mushy soft. The shrimp fried rice is the BEST in town, they are actually BROWN rice, not like other restaurants that sell yellow rice. I’m from New York and the food here tastes just like back home. The ice tea here is amazing, my family would always fight over it. The prices are fair and they would always give us free items. If you haven’t already tried out this place, I highly recommend you try it, their food is delicious.“

“Pleasant experience. Been coming here for a year now. Fried rice actually has a stir fry after burn “wok hei” flavor (which is excellent and rare). The sauces and portions are nice too. I don't know why people are being so negative. This is actually a really decent spot. I usually cook my own chinese food, but if i’m being lazy I order from here with no complaints. Ignore the negative folks on here and give it a try. Plus these guys have been in Sanford for 20+ years. If your restaurant survives for 20+ years you have to be doing something right?? No??“
