“We are locals and have eaten here often. We ordered a delivery order and we didn’t get our tea. I know it’s only tea but it was almost 5$ so I called to see if I could get a refund. They were so apologetic and sweet and I talked to three people and all were just so nice about a little tea. They refunded it to my card with no issues. Just super nice customer service!“

“We visited this CFA with 6 college-age guys. We had to park at the Walmart and walk across because the parking lot was full. The drive-through lanes were wrapped around the building.
The workers inside were all friendly and worked quickly. There wasn't any sense of stress or hurry, though there were many customers to serve. We got our drinks and food quickly. One of the workers came through the dining room to check up on the customers. They were working to keep the dining room clean and orderly.
Overall, it was a great experience. The quantity of people made no difference to the quality of service.“

“The food is decent and prices are fair. Service is slow because it's not really a restaurant with traditional servers. It's loud and hectic. It's not a family dining experience, but it's not meant to be. Basically, it is what it is.“

“I love this Zaxby's because NO matter what, I order, it's fresh and hot to go each time.If I run into an issue, they fix it really quick and apologize. Clean store each time.

I've been here several times now, and every visit has been fantastic. The food is absolutely amazing -- full of flavor and clearly made with care. They're known for their Italian dishes, and as someone who once owned an Italian restaurant myself, I can honestly say they're doing it right. The service is excellent too -- friendly, attentive, and genuine. Last night I had the Spaghetti Bolognese, which was just perfect. My cousin had the catch of the day and said it was incredible.
