Burger King in Orange Park

“Staff was respectful over intercom which is a breath of fresh air. Got to the window and my food was hot and fresh. Haven't eaten at this location in many years but Im back intown and was hungry for breakfast. My sauce was in the bag too. Called the manager and gave a good word about her store and staff. Not sure if it differs from shift to shift but if you want good breakfast this is the location for you. We need more teams like this. This review has nothing to do with corporate. You are lucky you have this team upholding a restaurant like this because corporate would drown without workers like these. Peace out.“

“for a fast food place it I live the taste of the burgers as it's similarly like grilled burgers. This location was out of the fried pickles when I had ordered it....really wanting to try it out. However, they didn't get a supply, for I am not sure how long. I went back to see if they had any weeks later, and they were still out. It is NOT THE EMPLOYEES fault! but the customer service is wonderful, and I was accommodated with the best bacon whopper I have EVER had. The burger could have been on the commercials. I thank the manager who was on staff, a beautiful young lady, and the best to deal with. I only give 4 stars because I really wanted to try the friend pickle ranch burger and the 3rd party burger King app will not respond to you via email or else wise like stated when you ask for a refund on a item you were not given! I had to go back to the store to inform them that is what happened when she accommodated me with the bacon whopper. Again not her fault, but if burger King is going to run an app, I feel it should given the employees the access to refund what is missing ;“

“The morning crew is the best! The gentle man that works drive thru is so polite. They are the best, they ask if you need any condiments, and get your food to you in a timely manner.

I had went there last night for dinner and they did a bad job for sure. If they don’t have a certain cheese for cheeseburgers they should say that. Even if they don’t have the buns for the melts. A heads up would have been nice.

“I had ordered the fried pickle ranch burger through the app and twice I had to submit for a refund with no refund even. HOWEVER, almost 2 weeks later I go into the same Burger King to ask if they had the fried pickles before I ordered it again and had the same problem. The manger on staff was a young beautiful lady and said she had heard about my issue and while they still didn't have the fried pickles, she more than accommodated with with one of the best whoppers I have had from Burger King in a long-time! Best customer service skills I have seen at a fast food restaurant to date, and I am old! lol. Thank you so much for helping me it's truly appreciated!“
