Burger King in Jacksonville

“This location is literally 1 mile from my residence so I stop in for lunch maybe 2 or 3 times a week.

I haven't had any problems with food quality or speed of service. The GM is cordial in greeting customers. She works all stations and she's pretty good at her job.

On my last visit, I was greeted and served by an employee that I was not familiar with. She was dressed like a manager in all black. She wears dreads and has gold teeth. This young lady was impressive because she was polite, pleasant, efficient, fast and made multitasking look easy.“

“We order impossible burgers with a lot of modifications and the staff was so friendly and accommodating and asked us to check if they werent made correctly to please let them know so they could fix it. Totally unexpected customer service from a fast food drive through. They even offered my son a crown without prompting. They could've easily just missed my son in the backseat but they were so detailed and great! The food was amazing! Thank you!“

“Burger King 937 Dunn ave. JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA 32218 3 people behind dead counter meanwhile only 1 person making food takes 10 minutes to complete order cashier has a look on her face between aginst and disgust. Judging by her name on receipt, can't says I blame her. She probably couldnt spell it till highschool. The sweet tea in lobby is sour. This Place on a Friday is dead. This is another business, I see not being here in 5 years. Paying for employees to stand around and not generate revenue or improve quality thats lacking. Reminds me of Cicis Pizza that once was open across street. [ now closed ] also the token homeless man talking to himself [mike] then walking fo my table to sell me his story. The employees give him free food. He stays around . Like a stray cat you feed outside your home comes back like clock work.“

“We came in for breakfast. My husband saw that the menu said they were serving Whoppers all day. He ordered one. There was a small confusion but it was quickly resolved. The manager, Miss L, made sure my husband got his burger and fries. She was so nice about it and made sure it was done right.“

“I came here with the kids and family after a day of fun and activities. The lobby was in great conditions and clean. We got 2 tables and after deciding the family order to get, we went and order. We asked for everything fresh and hot and the person in the line confirmed everything was fresh out the broiler. We got every burger 🍔 and fries and it was delicious. Manager even came and offer us extra drinks for the kids. Awesome service and food.“
