“To the amazing team at Chick-fil-A,

I can’t thank you enough for jumping in to help me when my truck broke down in the drive-thru. I know I cramped your line up and then it be if my dogs got out of her harness and yall helped with that too… you went above and beyond, and your kindness turned a stressful moment into one that reminded me how wonderful people can be. You even brought my dogs some water because we were out in the heat awaiting a tow truck… hands down the best people work here.

Your teamwork, positivity, and generosity meant so much to me today. I’ll always remember how helpful you were.

“The worker who took my order was amazing. Unlike the one who handed me my food. She looked as if she didn't want to be there. Then they forgot to add sauces to my bag. The only reason I'm giving a 4 is because the very nice young man who took my order or else it would have been a 2.“
