“I will have to say Mary is one of the greatest service people of that Duncan she is always smiling always in a good mood even after today when it's rude fella came through with a 20-foot trailer behind his ginormous pickup truck and ran over everything in their drive through. She still had enough energy and enough spark in her heart to where she still satisfied every other guests that came in after him. She even dealt with the man's insults. With a smile on her face. And kept the pep in her step. Only if I knew the entire roster by name I would leave all of the ladies that treat me with the utmost respect and the greatest service in Orange Park. Please if anybody in corporate or management happens to read this. I am in that dunkin' donuts very often. And Mary is one of the main reasons why I am. And I also want to include the rest of the roster of that Dunkin. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. Definitely my favorite store and I will continue to come back.“

“Met John (I believe was his name after a quick glance at his badge) 6:15am this man was so nice and patient notice I was a nurse and gave me a discount and was dealing with a full drive thru line while working alone he definitely gets a 5 star from me and my coffee was on point too!“
“Efficiency of this location can be inconsistent, dependent on the mix of staff. I usually mobile-order, and, most of the time, my order is ready when I walk in the door. They always shout a greeting when a customer enters. This one has a drive-thru, but I prefer not to use drive-thrus.
Vegetarian options: I buy their avocado toast and their black coffees. I'm not interested in other menu items for myself.
Parking: The parking lot here is small, given that it's serving four businesses. I can usually find a spot right by the entrance, but that's occasionally not the case. Spaces are tight, and the aisle is narrow, so you're tightly constrained turning into or out of a spot. Also, the spots in front of the store are right where people leave the drive-thru lane.“
