this is the 2nd time I've purchased the unsweetened black tea, only to find out after I drove away that it had soured. I've literally NEVER had this problem at Starbucks! I won't be purchasing tea from this location again 😡
I'm not one to complain about things..I used to work at dunkin for 2 years..I normally stop on my way home to get an iced coffee an bacon egg and cheese on a croissant.. 6 out of 10 times I get the maple bacon or the pepper bacon instead of regular bacon, the first 2 I do not like..i get its busy and people are training and mistakes happen.. but its annoying.. I have to take the bacon off my sandwich and eat it that way...its happened at 2 stores I frequent..
Love Dunkin’ coffee but the store in Fleming island was closed when I went through at 7am this morning. 2 staff out back said they had been there for over 2 hours and couldn’t get in to open. Terrible management
