Our server Verity was EXCELLENT! The manager Ken was also great. Even the restrooms were super clean. We parked right in the building and had it validated for free.
Went to Acropolis Greek Tavern downtown for Bite 30 and was very impressed. We were able to try all the appetizers on the list. Pleasantly surprised of the amount of food we received for appetizers. The calamari was perfectly cooked and the sampler was so tasty. We also had the spanakopita and falafel and loved it all! Acropolis Greek Taverna is a great corner restaurant with a good menu and prices within range. The service is friendly, attentive, and amazing, with staff described as lovely and patient. The atmosphere is a beautiful spot and wonderful. Food experiences vary; the Greek Souvlaki plate, Corfu chicken sandwich, tirosalata, honey cake, and baklava are noted as great, very good, or amazing. The salad dressing is to die for. However, some items like the chicken souvlaki or steak kebab can be burned, dry, or tough. Service, while very friendly, can sometimes be a bit slow. Many reviewers highly recommend it and state they will be back.
