My experience with them us usually pretty good. This location may have been training. I am not sure if the employee was being trained or the Manager. Both had no idea in what was going on. The Manager tried to give one customer a bag of something and the customer looked at her and said, "No. I have my order." My daughter ordered the little hot dogs in the bread rolls. I love Annie's pretzels! They are just so yummy! This place was crowded but the employees were masked and the cashier was washing his hands after every customer! I felt very safe and good about buying my pretzel there because of him! My favorite pretzel is the almond pretzel with cinnamon too!

This was my first stop at Auntie Anne's, but my wife likes them. She got an order of the mini, pretzel-wrapped hot dogs, which were outstanding. They were piping hot, tasty, tender, and very, very good. The staff had control of the crowd, making sure everyone was served, despite a line that extended out the door! We arrived just in time for the late-lunch crowd; but, managed to find three stools to sit at while my wife enjoyed her snack.
