This was my third bad experience in ONE week at this location. The first time my son wanted to try the new dip it/top it waffle cone and they were out of waffle cones. The next time my son wanted a sundae. It ended up being the smallest scoop of ice cream with chocolate syrup and he asked for oreos as a topping. This was my first and LAST time here, if you like a little surprise in your drink go here! . I have been very disgusted and disappointed. I stayed by a nearby hotel and I stopped by this Dunkin right before I went to Disney , I purchased a caramel iced latte, iced coffee and some food with it. I came here last time I was in the area and yet again it was good. The place is clean and service was fast and efficient. However, this time I only had an ice cream from the Baskin and Robin side of the store. But it was still really good, I got a hefty sized scoop of Mudslide in a chocolate cone which was really good. I would highly recommend and I will be going back to get some donuts as well soon.
