Bird of Paradise meats and seafood are local as well as most of the produce, depending on the season. Everything is scratch-made and the entire menu is gluten-free and dairy-free. I ordered the lively and delish Island Jerk Bowl with roasted pork as the protein choice. The tropical bowl of tender pork with fresh and crisp veggies over Jupiter brown rice was devoured in minutes, and the plantain chips are some of the best I've had.

My first visit today at Bird If Paradise. Best food I've had in a long time. I had cocoa Waffles and Sweet Potato Avocado toast with arugula, cherrie tomatoes and tempeh. It was all crazy delicious. Can't wait to go back. The atmosphere was great too. Very comfortable and inviting
