“Chef Mercedes provided an in home cooking class for my family. Short review- she was amazing! Longer review- she was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and patient. We learned so much from her about seasoning, building flavors, choosing ingredients and of course how to prepare satisfying meals. “It’s a chilly night here in central Florida. I needed a hot meal to warm me up. I googled Mexican Restaurants and this place came up with a high rating.
Located in a small, unassuming strip store building, I passed by it and had to turn around. I wondered if it was worth the effort.
I entered and could see the place is clean. You can see into the kitchen and it was tidy and they were fairly busy. Although no one in the restaurant spoke English, using a translator app on my phone made ordering a breeze.
I ordered chicken soup, a chicken quesadilla, with a side of rice and beans.
The food is made to order so it took a few minutes to come out. I sat in the bright and cheerful dining room and awaited my meal. Did I mention the place is very clean?
The polite lady at the counter brought my food and everything was piping hot. I scarfed it down. The chicken soup was homemade, just what I needed in this cool weather.
The quesadilla was delicious as well. The beans and rice tasted fresh, they hadn’t sat out.
Based on this experience I will certainly return to try the asada tacos in the next couple of days.
Overall I would give this place 5 stars based on taste of food, friendly staff, and cleanliness.

“Excelentes pasteles típicos de la región andina de Venezuela, una exquisita mezcla de sabores y sazón. Te recomiendo el andino relleno de carne y arroz, el de queso y guayaba todos una buena opción para el desayuno. Pero también hay comida con sabores de la abuela en casa, como el caldo e papá (Táchira) o la pizca andina en Mérida, Bollo Pelón o las deliciosas AREPAS FRITAS rellenas de pernil, queso blanco frito y tomate, de bebidas el Papelón con limón y Parchita. El ambiente es cálido y la atención muy buena, amplio estacionamiento.“

“We are regulars and have never had a bad meal, a complaint, or negative experience. Their cinnamon roll French toast is amazing, their apple fritter French toast is also delish, but my current favorite is their chicken salad sandwich. It’s so light and I don’t feel guilty after eating it. The Grand Mimosas are slamming too!!! See you next weekend!!!🥳“

“We headed ourselves to Black Coffee Sunday morning to try out the new place in town. We’re brunch lovers so the bar is settled very high, let me tell you this place did not disappoint at all when all I can think of is “how to rate this place just 10/10” Starting off with the amazing service everyone there is willing to give, the owner he’s one of a kind and the fact that he was assisting the tables it is top notch! We had to order a few things from the menu since everything was so appealing. We did fresh juices (I do recommend the carrot orange 10/10) We did non-alcoholic lavander mimosas 100/10 For brunch we did Madame Croque Sandwich, Steak Omelette and Salmon Benedicts. Everything was mouthwatering, however the real showstopper was the grilled lettuce caesar salad. As a chef i’ve never tasted a salad so rare yet so flavorful before, so if you’re a salad person this is a MUST for you to try. 1000/10 wanted to take some home but that’s one of those plates to eat at the moment. Will definitely be repeating this place soon!!“
