Poor service and stale cookies…..Florida Mall location. I was the only customer in there, waited 4-5 minutes until one of the workers that was chitchatting in their decorating area finally acknowledged me. He wanted to know if I needed something. Ummmm….to buy something. Why else would I be standing there?! I got 3 cookies and a cupcake. All 3 cookies were dry and stale tasting. (Sugar, snickerdoodle, peanut butter).
