Domino's Pizza in Orlando

“I have been to Domino's 18 times in the last 14 months, and I want to compliment your employee Audriana for always being so pleasant to deal with.

First, she seems to be the only employee in the store working whenever I see her, as in she is running the entire operation without any extra help. Second, my order is always accurate and ready on time. Lastly, she is always so friendly and has come to recognize me by my name, so when I walk in, she immediately grabs my order to bring it to me without me even saying anything!

This type of premier customer service is extremely rare these days, and I think she should be recognized for her contributions towards Domino's reputation and return business. I have stopped spending money at other restaurants if I feel like my orders are a burden to the employees due to their attitude, but I will continue to consistently spend at this Domino's because I know my order will be correct and given out with friendliness. “I'm leaving this review to request a pay raise for the young lady that's here running store #5066 alone and she's doing a hell of a job by herself. As fast as these orders are coming in she's getting them out. She deserves the salary of 3 people cause that's how many should be here in the store. She's definitely an asset to Domino's !!!“

“Unlike most people, I've never had issues with deliveries from this location or any because I'm very specific in the delivery instructions and im always there when the driver arrives. I ALWAYS track my order on the dominoes app (as you should).
Today I placed an order via the app. I messed up and forgot to add something for an order i placed the order to be delivered couple of hours from now. The lady who answered (Lee) was very courteous and helpful and I thank her for assisting me in modifying my order.“

“Louis made my pizza tonight (26 May, 2025 at 10:30 PM). He was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome into the store. His positivity and pizza craftsmanship made tonight's visit unforgettable. This is the Domino's that I frequent every week, and Louis's pizza was the best that I have ever had from the restaurant. I have never had a pizza from here that tastes as good as the one Louis made me. It was incredibly crispy and well-done, even and nicely shaped. The pie was cut so well that it took no effort to separate the slices. Normally I have to use a knife to finish the job, but tonight I did not have to. Usually the pizza tastes best the day after in the toaster oven, but this pie is an exception. It pains me to know that my leftovers will not taste as good as when I just got back from the store after Louis freshly baked it. He deserves the best for making my visit pleasant and the pizza extraordinary. If he is in the kitchen when your order is placed, get ready for something special.“

“Pizza was great, service was great, pizza was made quickly, the only problem I had is we were ordering it and had about an hour and a half drive and they do not give out packets of Parmesan or red peppers. So it was a little disappointed on that“

“I order takeout so I use the Domino's app. Great option for eating on campus and the app has a lot of coupon options so my meal is super cheap. I just arrived and picked my order quickly and was able to leave. They took about 10 min to make my order.“

I had just clocked out from work, wasn’t feeling well, and was honestly exhausted. I thought I placed my order for curbside, but it turns out the online order didn’t go through that way. Katie truly touched my heart with her kindness she was so sweet and thoughtful, and she insisted on bringing my food out to me anyway.

What she didn’t know is that I wasn’t feeling my best and even had moisturizer all over my face, but she still treated me with so much respect and care. It’s the little things that count, and her customer service was outstanding.

“9/26/25 I ordered the $9.99 Any topping Pizza Deal. I picked up my pizza at around 10:20 PM which I believe was made by Ashley (Not 100% sure). Either way it was most certainly the best pizza I've ever gotten from Dominos but it was also in the Top 10 pizzas I've had of all time. Whoever it was that made that pizza that night needs some love.

P.S. It was a pan pizza with: Red sauce, Sausage, ham, bacon, pineapple, and green peppers well done. I never leave reviews but thank you.“

“I ordered 2 pizzas and although they forgot the buffalo sauce on the pizzas, they comped them for me. They were incredibly nice and I’m not sure what the managers name was but I appreciated her comping my pizzas for their mistake. The pizzas were otherwise super good. Amazing service“

“This location is the best I’ve found. Every time I’ve ordered from this store I’ve gotten hot, fresh, and perfectly baked pizzas. I definitely recommend if you’re vacationing (or live) in the Buena Vista/Walt Disney World area you should consider this Domino’s for delivery or take out.“
