I liked this Dunkin. Service was friendly, on point and with a smile. The only things that I didn't really like here is they were out of the item I asked for. And the dining area was trashed. Lol. There was crumbs all over the tables and floor. The chairs looked as if someone was ABOUT to clean up then changed their mind. ? it wasn't a bad experience just not that great compared to other Dunkins. I would have to say that the customer service in this location is completely sub par.I could almost forgive popular items and ingredients being missing on a highly regular basis, if not for the fact that the customer service at this location is very lackluster. There isn't much point in going to this Dunkin Donuts over others in the area.

When I got there most of the inventory was empty. Even the hazelnut for coffee. Now I'm sure this doesn't happen often but they should be constantly pushing out fresh donuts and ordering ingredients they need before they need them. So that's on them. Otherwise they have 3 nice 1 person chairs that are quote comfortable and share a coffee table by the window.
