I’m hopeful that I can change my review, but as of right now I’m super frustrated. Our AC is not working properly in our room and we are miserable. They sent a technician to look at it but no luck, still not working. They gave us a box fan to help circulate air which is doing nothing. It’s staying between 76 and 78 in our room. I loved our experience at Grande Lakes except for one thing. The pool! One day I was looking down at the pool and notice something off about the main pool. The big pool in the middle was greenish/brown! I called down to the desk and the said they would check it out. At that point my kids had already been in it. I was supposed annoyed. I also called the recreation department. I still have not heard a response to what it was that was wrong with the pool?
Great place to relax for the whole family. Love the fireworks.
