Perfect! Roadside BBQ from a guy embodying the American Dream. A gracious, grateful young man. And he puts out some SERIOUS ribs! Meaty, tender, perfectly smoked. Go with collards and mac-n-cheese for sides. Holy crap, this guy nails it!
I had the pleasure of having Fat Bones BBQ’s smoked chicken for an event and I must say I got my money’s worth plus some. I was thoroughly surprised at the amount of chicken as well as the variety of pieces. Fat Bones BBQ provided wings as well as chopped up leg quarters…..some with sauce and some without to provide options for the guest. The meat was mouthwatering and had people talking about it days later.Did I mention the food was delivered…..saving me time in an already...
