Excellent service from upfront to server from beverage to appetizer to main course to dessert and that is how you know a restaurant is excellent 😁 I am writing this review because atmosphere cozy yet fancy makes you feel like family like how you can see the kitchen where chefs cook.
5 stars because we politely mentioned some issues to the manager/assistant and he/she immediately addressed them, invited us back, delivered perfect service and excellent food the second visit while checking in several times. It showed they care very much about the guest experience and can deliver high quality. Completely changed my first impression. Nicely done! Will continue coming here.
Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in Orlando—we loved it so much that we ate here twice during our trip!
The first visit, we enjoyed the gluten-free chicken fettuccine Alfredo, a fresh wedge salad, a loaded baked potato, and paired it with a delicious Pinot Noir. Everything was outstanding.

Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse offers delicious food and excellent service. The octopus carpaccio, burrata, and American Wagyu are standout dishes. The restaurant's attention to detail is evident in its expertly split dishes and unique desserts, such as great dessert coffees and banana cream pie. The space is well-crafted and comfortable, providing a pleasant dining experience. Vegetarians and vegans are also well accommodated, with the vegan filet being highly recommended. The staff are attentive and helpful, with suggestions for apps, main courses, and desserts that enhance the meal. Guests can enjoy a variety of drinks, including smoked Old Fashioned, and dishes like sea bass and filet that are cooked to perfection, often falling apart without a knife. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere with lots of conference groups around, which adds some energy to the place. The chicken parm is really well done—crispy, flavorful, and served hot. The sauce has a nice balance, and the portion is just right. Service is excellent—staff are quick, polite, and stay on top of everything even with a full house. It's a busy spot, but they manage it well. Fiorenzo offers efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great choice for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.
