In the Black Friday rush, I have to call out Manager Thompson for providing competent cheerful service in chaos. I had a special order that most sub shops mess up. She made sure it was done correctly even with a whole rush of customers. Highly appreciated and commendable. With a smile on her face the whole time, too!

Kid-friendliness: Complete Kids meal that included a fire chief hat, and at a reasonable price.

This Firehouse Subs location at Mall at Millenia in Orlando is a well managed Firehouse that has everything that you need for a quality sandwich and more. I really like the way that they make everything and have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here.
