The lady at the register has been saying hi to everyone who walks by, just to get them interested in a slice. Not sure where you found her, but you have a gem of an employee!
Pizza was cold and had few toppings. The man running the cash register was talking on his phone the whole time.
Would love to be able to call and place and order but whatever phone number listed does not work! Very inconvenient especially trying to order for your team at work!

Sbarro is a pizza restaurant that serves decent pizza, but has some issues with temperature and service. While the pizza comes out of the oven, it often arrives lukewarm, which is disappointing. The staff can also be pushy and prone to mistakes, such as adding unwanted toppings or charging for items that weren't ordered. However, the restaurant also shows a willingness to correct mistakes and provide good customer service. For example, an employee apologized and made a new pizza when it was accidentally topped with Parmesan cheese, and another employee personally delivered a remade pizza after a mistake was made. With attention to detail and a bit of caution, customers can still have a good experience at Sbarro.
