Just a fun evening with great food. Beautiful restaurant and the walk to get there as well. Told Richard shows up Quite a bit.
Excellent. We love the environment and the design; also, it is located in an amazing hotel. Very stunning and beautiful. The food was amazing. We did the Magical Dining and it was very good.
Service was great and attentive. Entree took almost one hour after appetizer was served. Some dishes were not as warm as the others. Dessert was great. Drinks are pricey, even more than a night club (23$ and more plus tax and tip). They can do better.
Hemingway's is a charming restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a hostess and seated at a table with a nice view. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive servers making recommendations and ensuring a quick turnaround. The chef, Josue Perez, is amazing, friendly, and always smiling, which adds to the welcoming vibe. The food is of high quality, with dishes such as swordfish, crab ravioli, and the must-try fish rib receiving high praise. One guest highlighted the swordfish Neptune style, noting its great butter sauce and delicious asparagus on the side. Unique flavors and little tweaks to traditional dishes make the meals memorable, with highlights like the Caesar Salad featuring marinated hearts of palm and the Florida seafood moqueca loaded with seafood in a delicious tomato cream sauce. While the pricing may be a bit high, it is worth it for the quantity and quality received. The drinks are also special, with options like the euphoria cocktail adding to the experience. Despite some concerns about a service charge on the bill, Hemingway's remains a great choice for special occasions, such as birthdays, and is sure to impress.
