The food was delicious but our experience was essentially ruined by the service. It was over 10 minutes before we could flag someone down to just bring us water and get us started. The first round of tapas came out quickly, but then after that we consistently went long stretches when no one came by...we had to ask for one item three times before it actually showed up at the table, and by then we had already asked for the check twice. Wini was our server, and she was terrific! She timed our tapas perfectly and suggested a wonderful Tempranillo wine to have with all of the food we chose. Everyone we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the food as always was delicious! This is one of our favorite restaurants, and we highly recommend it.
Jaleo is inside Disney Springs, do you DON'T need theme park tickets to get in. Decor is phenomenal. Vegan Paella had nice vegetables, but the rice was a little undercooked (on purpose, I think). Patatas Bravas appetizer is vegan if you have them omit the aioli.
All the vegan items are marked. Allergens like gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, etc. are also marked. Staff are knowledgeable about vegan and allergy-friendly options. Good place to go with a mixed...
