The food was very good. But they bring all the food before the bevarages. The waitress Ingris was rude and incompetent. When finished the meal, we want to have a drink and took 1 hour to be relocated and attended. Finally Fran & Daniela help us solving the issue and give us a very good service. For the price it costs, the service is not appropriate.
Poor service August 16th 2025. Over two hours for service Inc more than half an hour for the last course whilst other tables around us were finished that arrived after we did. Didn't get the view that was booked, citing lack of availability, and inattentive service. The manager also citied a busy evening with a straight face as we looked around at a half full restaurant at that time. Jaleo need to improve for a repeat visit consideration.
Sit outside it's covered and a lake view. The food is served small plate style be prepared to order a few items and don't be afraid to try something new. I went for magical dining date night and got a picture to remember.
