Their chicken looked old and wasn't crispy at all. They clearly didn't care much about the food. A bad experience, not recommended.
Disrespectful Management and Horrible, Discriminatory Service
I had an appalling experience at this KFC location due to the awful service and behavior of the store manager. As a Latina customer, I felt completely ignored and discriminated against.

I placed an order online so that it would be ready for pickup, since I had limited time for lunch before a conference nearby. On the app the food said it was ready but at the restaurant, they said they didn't have the order ready and that it would be another 20-30 minutes. I told them I couldn't wait and would like to just cancel.
