Nice. I guess we no longer get free refills and it was difficult to get an employee to correct my drink order. However, an employee walked out from the back, I got his attention and my drink order was corrected
As so many times before, two thumbs up for your awesome customer service.
Just my opinion coming from a GM don't put new hires on a Friday night shift with the youngest managers just to have bodies in the building. Long wait, but other than that everyone was very nice 🙂
