Tofu & beans are vegan, guac, make your own tacos, burritos, taco bowls, with choose your own toppings like olives, peppers. Had a dismayed list of allergens for each item. Was out of guac the day we were there. One of the (only??) vegan options in the big food court. Chips are just ok.
