Okay first off papa johns in tarpon springs fl the most expensive and the worst pizza i have ever had in over 10 years, you say on the tv commercials thats its real and fresh ingrediants. The prices went up huge then i got my food and its like eating wax ! So i went back to menu and it says real cheese made from mozzarella, not even close i threw away more thanhalf the pie no stringiness no flavor it was like wax, never again and i will tell all my peeps on media and my friends...read full review
Absolutely the rudest person I’ve dealt with in customer service.
She claimed that she is the “owner” and ive came here a multitude of times. She refused to give me any service and said “it’s a bad time”. I asked for her name and she refused multiple times to give me her name and sarcastically asked for mine, Nova. All I wanted was to speak to her higher ups about her behavior. She used profanity and freaked out and called someone in another Papa Johns.

Two hours to deliver my pizza less than a half mile. I would've gone to pick it up myself but I had already paid for it on credit card with a deliver fee and tip. I'll NEVER pay for this up front again and most likely my last order from Papa Johns
