We had a great time at Primo. The hostess was very kind and made sure we got a booth so I would be more comfortable. Then we had Jody as our server and he was great. He had suggestions for what to order and explained the menu to us. Highly recommend!
Staff and ambience were excellent. Food was good but not worth the price. I understand where it was hotel wise, but expected a little more. Overall, if you are staying at the JW it is convenient but local options are probably better.
I thought Primo was a more high end restaurant, but it was a typical hotel restaurant. The service was greatly. Friendly hostess, attentive waiter, etc. Food was ok. Though we were surprised there wasn't a basic steak dinner offered. It wasn't exactly the anniversary dinner we were hoping for.
