The ramen spot has a cute, cozy vibe inside and a clean, simple atmosphere. The team is attentive and the service is fast and great. The broth is spectacular, clearly made with skill and love, and the noodles are well‑cooked. The tonkotsu ramen, miso ramen with chicken, and shin ramen are very good and mind blowing, giving a homemade feeling. The pork belly in the tonkotsu ramen is tasty and the pork in the Japanese rice bowl with pork is perfect, not tough or rubber. The karaage appetizer is generous, tender, and comes with a very good spicy mayo dipping sauce. The veggie curry with tofu, scallion pancake, and dirty bread dessert are all fresh, super flaky, crispy, and absolutely delicious. The portions are generous and the price is a bit pricey but worth the money. The place is a hidden gem, worth the drive, and the overall time is consistent, the best Asian style food with amazing customer service.
