I placed a catering order and it was very simple because they knew how to recommend portions based on the amount of people potentially attending. The meat was so amazingly seasoned & juicy that I even had a friend text me the next day to ask if there was leftovers ? Rather it’s for your lunch break or catering an event, you won’t be disappointed at St.Vic’s
I'm from Jersey, and spend several annual stints at our home in Orlando. Since I'm always looking for good bbq (which Jersey has none), when I read about St Vic's, we had to give it a try. It is awesome. Everything is so good. The owner is truly a Pitmaster! The meats are perfectly smoked; the sides are great (Cajun rice). But, what puts it all over the top, is the sauce which he simply calls "molasses sauce". It is the best I have ever had. And he was kind enough to send me back...read full review

Service was 100/10 and the ribs were delicious! I took my mom as she was visiting me and she wanted to eat some collard greens. I couldn't get the employees name but he was wonderful and very serviceable. I just have to say thank you for his great service, he made my moms vacation so much better!
