One of the worker stole my son wallet off of the dresser in after room was cleaned day before Christmas it Christmas paid so much money just to have stuff stolen from me will never be back thank for ruining are family vacation
We love staying here when we go to Universal. The shuttle bus is convenient transportation to and from the park when you fly into Orlando. All the amenities are here if needed from forgotten sunscreen to a late night milk shake. We also enjoyed the lazy river at the resort.
We had a very nice stay at Cabana Bay. We chose to spend the first and last nights of our week-long trip here. Every single member of staff I encountered was friendly, helpful, patient, and very accommodating. Our rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. My only complaint was navigation. Finding my way around that place was a nightmare. I had to stop and ask directions at every turn. I would stay here again as long as I could choose which building I stay in 😅

Starbucks at Cabana Bay Beach Resort is located in a beautiful setting with a retro vibe. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant. Staff members like Keven and Miguel are very helpful and jolly, turning small celebrations into a great affair. The food and drinks, including the turkey sandwich and Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, are highly recommended. However, the store does not have a scanner for the App QR code, so customers cannot earn stars for purchases. Overnight parking is not available for hotel guests.
