Hugely inflated prices, i.e. $4 for a drip coffee instead of the regular $2.25. Mopey and unhelpful service staff, overcharged for a more expensive Latte, and then offered no apology when I returned to get the difference refunded. Even at the location inside the Universal Studios park , the prices are regular and the bogged down staff is more helpful than this crew!
I was in a long line but the line moved quickly. There also was a numerous amount of things to choose from on the menu.I highly suggest anyone staying at Cabana Bay Beach resort to visit the Starbucks there.

Inflated prices, higher than at the parks! They don’t even offer refills! I don’t understand why they sell the refill cups if they’re not going to offer refill prices. Also very rude and unprofessional staff. This hotel needs to work on their customer service.
