We love staying here when we go to Universal. The shuttle bus is convenient transportation to and from the park when you fly into Orlando. All the amenities are here if needed from forgotten sunscreen to a late night milk shake. We also enjoyed the lazy river at the resort.
We had a very nice stay at Cabana Bay. We chose to spend the first and last nights of our week-long trip here. Every single member of staff I encountered was friendly, helpful, patient, and very accommodating. Our rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. My only complaint was navigation. Finding my way around that place was a nightmare. I had to stop and ask directions at every turn. I would stay here again as long as I could choose which building I stay in 😅
We’ve had a great time multiple trips at Cabana Bay. We’ve always been greeted by friendly staff. I really like the retro vibe. It’s close to the Universal parks with a quick bus ride. And not to mention the amenities, hot tub, all the food options, and the lazy river is fantastic! Just wanted to spread some positivity among all the negative comments, there are others that really enjoy this resort. It’s very busy though, just like the parks. Not a bad thing, just expect...
