The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—top marks for customer service! That said, the store had just opened when I arrived on August 13th, 2025 at 4:06 AM, and unfortunately, my bacon gouda sandwich was served cold. The vanilla cream cold brew also tasted unusually bitter, which made me wonder if a step was missed in the preparation. There were only three people ahead of me in line and one waiting, so it wasn’t overly busy. Hoping this was just an early-morning hiccup!
They did the best they could given the craziness, but there just can’t enough people back there in that tiny space. Food was good, drinks were good. No complaints there. Took 30 minutes to get two drinks and two breakfast sandwiches. Staff was nice given them being overwhelmed.
I just got a coffee here after a flight that landed at 9am in the gate 1-29 section. As you can imagine, at that time it was packed with the line extending well past the stanchions. However, the team here was doing an amazing job of getting things moving! They had tons of extra staff and were getting people’s orders out super fast.
