They did the best they could given the craziness, but there just can’t enough people back there in that tiny space. Food was good, drinks were good. No complaints there. Took 30 minutes to get two drinks and two breakfast sandwiches. Staff was nice given them being overwhelmed.
I just got a coffee here after a flight that landed at 9am in the gate 1-29 section. As you can imagine, at that time it was packed with the line extending well past the stanchions. However, the team here was doing an amazing job of getting things moving! They had tons of extra staff and were getting people’s orders out super fast. They also were all cheerful and helpful despite the rush. With this many orders at once there are bound to be mixups or missing items, but while...
I must say Kyle Coons went above and beyond in helping us with our order. I mistakenly chose the wrong Starbucks inside the airport. I was lucky enough to find him ready to help us so we don’t have to go to the other side of the airport. He helped us even if they were overwhelmed with the line. Things like this makes me want to appreciate Starbucks more. Thank you so much
