Been going here for almost 20 years. Met my wife here. Had our wedding reception here. Its not for everyone but as a wise man once said, “you dont have to come here.”
i always see people complain about the customer service here but i’ve been about five times in the last couple years… the most recent interaction on 8/7/26 & i’ve never had a bad experience… the iced lattes are delicious and though they don’t have any syrups made in house they use monin instead of torani which is much better in my opinion. i got the iced matcha latte with oatmilk and the brown butter toffee syrup last time… it was the best matcha...read full review
