For some reason no cards accepted at drive thru resulting in numerous in line at kiosk. No in person counter support. This is an effective way to lose business! Pandemic is over, bring back customer service.
I just placed an order through the drive thru and the truth is that the experience was terrible, the staff was super rude and not very empathetic, especially the shift manager, the truth is that in this branch I do not recommend anyone to buy when there are these people who are not maybe they want to feel as bad as me

This location is usually clean the staff is nice the food is served hot and if you're not interested in Taco Bell there's plenty of other little places to choose from such as dairy Queen, Burger King next door and Chinese food spot All within walking distance..
