I never expect much as far as quality, but my recent Grub Hub order was bad. I ordered the stacker with double meat. I order this often but 1st time ordering double meat. What I received had less meat than any I had ever received. I used to get meat and cheese burrito but now that's not on the menu. The stacker is identical in ingredients just folded instead of rolled.
All was good and even though I didn't go to the actual restaurant I always get great service. I had went to a combo store KFC and Taco Bell ? all in one building but, I only bought chicken.
This place is ridiculous, 2 different visits- the staff is short with you , like you are annoying them. They got the orders wrong both visits. When asked how to use the free item coupon for compensation from last time, "we don't know how do that so you cant use it" what a ridiculous statement and lack of customer service. We try to stay close to the job to avoid wasting our lunch time , but their customer service sucks.
