I used to come here when I lived in the area. I went for Thanksgiving 2025 since I was driving by. I was excited to visit a TGI Friday's since there are almost extinct. There are only (8) operating in Florida, three of those in Orlando and (79) in the whole USA. They filed for bankruptcy in November 2nd, 2024. I will go again before they close for good. I used to love going, especially in Time Square NYC back in the day.

My family & I just left less than 10 minutes ago and I decided to call in to say that hubby was unimpressed with the relatively small portion of chicken that was placed on his sandwich. I asked to speak to the manager and she (middle aged black lady gray hair) says that she is sorry that she can’t do anything because we are no longer there and we should have said something while we were there. She is missing the point that the non fulfillment derailed his expectations and...

We had some concerns with one of our meals. Our server “Link” was excellent. He responded to our concerns and made things right. Good listener and very professional with a smile Craig was great well. Good job guys 👍
