My family and I have been going to Trattoria Del Porto for their Thanksgiving buffet since 2010 (minus COVID 2020). We have always loved the food and atmosphere of this restaurant, so much that I would recommend to everyone I know. This past year 2024, we were so disappointed with the renovations and less food options. I realize you can sit more people in booths than at tables, but some people don't like booths. Visited during lunch and a simple spaghetti came out overcooked. The server asked if we wanted a new one but the thing was how can a an Italian restaurant at Portofino Universal serve a simple spaghetti or fettuccine overcooked. Not worth the money.
Trattoria del Porto was a wonderful dining experience and easily our favorite restaurant of the trip. The restaurant has recently been remodeled, and it is absolutely worth checking out.
We visited several nice restaurants, but this one stood out for all the right reasons. From the thoughtful accommodations for my food restrictions to the attentive and friendly staff, everything was handled beautifully. The cocktails were also amazing.
