Arrived at 9:40 last night. Zane the shift manager did not bother to come to the window or look up at the line until 10:00pm. In this time him and the other employee In a pink hat and sweatshirt continued to serve the drive through once slowly made cone after another. Until 10 they approached the window to tell us they were closed and couldn’t take our order. We told them we had been waiting for twenty minutes to which they both laughed and said too bad.
