Clean location, great food and service, and a manager that leads by example (Abigail).
I had an issue that typically would ruin an experience; however, Abigial and Emma couldn't have handled it better. As a result, I choose not to let the unprofessional employee overshadow my otherwise phenomenal experience. I hope that she was receptive to learning from it and has a better approach in the future.

I have eaten there several times since the Pearsall location has been open. I have gotten great service, great food, and the place has been clean, the food was spot on, cooked just right. At least I don't have to worry about Mold on my ice, the onion rings and fries aren't dark and doesn't taste like greasy cardboard. The management and staff is AMAZING, Not Rude unlike other places in Pearsall.
Hadn’t ate one since that one location by John young years ago got closed.This brought back memories!
