“I absolutely love coming here. Menchie’s is one of my top spots for frozen yogurt.

The only downside to this location is that sometimes the frozen yogurt isn’t cold enough and starts melting quickly, or the machines are not working properly. They are also often out of mochi (a Japanese-style soft marshmallow topping), which is one of my favorites, especially on weekends when you’d expect everything to be fully stocked.

After I mentioned my concerns, a staff member told me the owner is “cheap,” which may explain why certain items are frequently out of stock or why equipment isn’t always maintained properly. I can’t speak to that personally, but it did stand out to me.

Still, I do enjoy the frozen yogurt overall and keep coming back for the taste and experience.“
